Chuqiao Ouyang is a designer and artist. Chuqiao holds a BA in Statistics from the University of Rochester, and is currently pursuing an MFA in Fashion Design at the Fashion Institute of Technology. Chuqiao's work is inspired by her personal journey. Her work is about rebelling the rules she has been followed, as well as embracing the traditional values rooted inside of her.
